Piper Biemiller

Dear Donors,

I wanted to say thank you for awarding me the Turntable Fund Music Scholarship. I feel incredibly honored and grateful to be chosen, and your support truly means the world to me. Music has been such an important part of my life for as long as I can remember. Singing is not just something I love to do—it’s how I express myself, connect with others, and dream about the future. Thanks to your generosity, I’ll be able to continue growing as a vocalist and focus on improving my skills at Salisbury University. Whether it’s voice lessons, choir activities, or performance opportunities, this scholarship is helping me take steps toward my dream of studying music in college and, becoming a professional singer. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in young artists like me. I’m so excited for what’s ahead, and I’ll carry your kindness with me as I keep reaching for my goals.

With gratitude,
Piper Biemiller

Turntable Donors,

It is truly a great thing you are all doing for this county, a county that has shown itself time and time again to be made up of strong advocates for music. Learning of this scholarship made me feel like me and my fellow students in music were being cared for by our community, and that education in music is still being appreciated and vouched for. I have a lot to thank this county for, from the mentors I have had, to the organizations I have been a part of. This scholarship will help me afford my degree at Berklee College of Music, with the hopes that I may return the favors of the county with my success and by giving back in whatever ways I can. Organizations like this, no matter the size, are the cornerstones of a society in which people help people and by donating, you are enabling students like myself to feel like their hundreds of hours of work into a difficult craft will be worthwhile. Music has always been my passion and all the people who have helped me hone my craft either through teaching or their verbal support have only repeatedly emphasized that I am making the right decision with my life. I hope that in the future I may continue to make this county proud as a form of gratitude to all the people who have helped me, including the grateful donors to the Turntable Scholarship.
